Purple dress day!

Maya has been having fun with her cousins this week :) ...Tuesday was purple tie-dye dress day ! ...this was the best one of them all looking in generally the same direction....we're getting better at the pictures! :)

I like spring!!!!

Maya is enjoying the spring weather -- lots of wagon time and exploration at new parks and such...therefore, not much time to update the blog....just thought I'd sneak in a cute pic of her wearing Mommy's sunglasses when we were out for a ride! :)

Maya went to the zoo yesterday!!! Listen carefully at the beginning...and note that she knows that chickens say "bock" (??or however you spell that!). She spent quite a bit of time with the chickens :) ...a zoo full of exotic animals and I think she had the most fun on the farm with the cows and chickens and goats!

Quick update...

Maya has been busy and therefore unable to post pictures recently....here are a few from the last week. Up top we have the big girl going down the slide all by herself when we visited Nana and Grandpa in Columbus this past weekend. Lots of fun was had by Maya since she was almost the only one who didn't get sick that trip! Good immune system!

Down here we have a picture of Maya anxiously awaiting her wagon as Daddy puts it together.."is it ready yet, Daddy??!!" She got right in it when he took it out of the box and went back and forth between the seats, checking everything out :) We are ready to go our first Easter Egg Hunt tomorrow! :)

This is what happens when you introduce ketchup to Maya and let her explore..... She does like it, though, and it keeps her occupied for a while. Well, until Mommy loses focus for a minute and she dumps the whole container down the front of her :) ...yes, this is a before picture :)

PJ Party at Toddler Gym!

Today was PJ day at Toddler Gym - a class Maya and I go to at the Park District. Here are a few shots of her - and her friend Megan - having a great time!! At the top is Maya on one of her two favorite pieces of equipment -- the boat! Then her and Megan kissing in the play house -- it was too cute not to get on film! Then one of Maya on her other favorite toy - the ladder/slide! At the beginning of class in January, she couldn't make it up the stairs herself - now she's a pro! Then, the last shot I thought it looked like the girls were just chilling and talking :) Fun times!!
